Affiliate Program

How the Affiliate Program Works

Once logged into the Affiliate program, affiliates can earn commissions by selling with exclusive referral links. Commission rates and eligible products are listed in the affiliate dashboard. Payment is made via a number of available channels, provided that the minimum payout threshold is met. The affiliates should ensure that their payment details are up-to-date to avoid delayed or missing payments.

Payment Structure

Commissions are paid monthly (or till after the project is completed - met certain clicks) through the chosen payment method

A minimum payout threshold must be met before payment is processed

SCOSCO reserves the right to withhold payments for fraudulent activities

Marketing and Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must follow ethical marketing practices where there should be:

No misleading claims about products or SCOSCO

No spamming or using unauthorised paid ads that misrepresent SCOSCO

Compliance with all applicable advertising laws and platform policies

Termination of Affiliate Status

SCOSCO may terminate an affiliate’s participation if they:

Engage in fraudulent activity.

Violate marketing policies.

Fail to comply with these terms.

Act in any way that harms SCOSCO’s reputation or disrupts the integrity of the affiliate program.

Seller Program

How the Seller Program Works

Once approved, sellers can then list their products on SCOSCO's marketplace and start selling to customers. They may begin looking for appropriate affiliates or put out an ad that brings affiliate marketers to them.

Listing Products on SCOSCO

Sellers are responsible for:

Providing accurate product descriptions and images

Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations

Seller Fees and Payment

SCOSCO will take care of processing payments from customers and taking a commission fee for each sale made through the marketplace. Sellers can directly track their sales and profit from the seller dashboard, making it easier to manage finances.

Order Fulfillment and Returns

The sellers have the duty to organise the delivery plus shipment of their goods with time and efficiency. They're also responsible for arranging refunds and returns fairly and within time, as per their own policies. However, the policies have to be harmonious with SCOSCO's provisions to make things easy and smooth for everyone concerned.

Seller Account Suspension

A seller account is subject to suspension or termination in the following circumstances:
Customer Complaints: Repeated instances of negative feedback from customers can signal issues that require attention, ultimately impacting account status.
Order Fulfillment Delays: Consistently failing to complete orders within the required timeframe can disrupt customer satisfaction and lead to penalties.
Product Listing Violations: Non-compliance with SCOSCO’s product listing guidelines—such as inaccurate descriptions or unauthorised items—can result in account action.
